Terms of Use

Effective Date: October 31st, 2025
Owner/Operator: Mad Hatter Concierge LLC and its DBAs Santa Stocking, Mad Hatter Pet Care, and Lodgepole Ministries (collectively, “Mad Hatter Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1) Acceptance of These Terms

 

By accessing or using our websites, pages, booking flows, or related online services (collectively, the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2) Who May Use the Site

 

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Site. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the Site only with permission of a parent or legal guardian.

​

3) Accounts, Bookings, and Purchases

 

Some features may require an account or contact details. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

  • You are responsible for activities under your account.

  • Bookings or purchases may be governed by additional terms shown at checkout/booking.

  • We may cancel or refuse a booking/purchase for suspected fraud, abuse, or policy violations.

4) Brand/DBA Separation

 

Our DBAs (Santa Stocking, Mad Hatter Pet Care, Lodgepole Ministries) are operated under Mad Hatter Concierge LLC. Marketing for each brand is siloed by brand; see our Privacy Policy for how data is used and kept separate for marketing purposes.

5) Intellectual Property

 

The Site and its content, features, logos, and design are owned by Mad Hatter Concierge or our licensors and are protected by law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

6) User Content and Feedback

 

If you submit content (e.g., reviews, photos, messages) you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content to operate, improve, and promote the Site and our services. You represent that you have all rights necessary for any content you submit and that it does not violate law or others’ rights.

7) Prohibited Uses

 

You agree not to:

  • misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with security or functionality;

  • scrape, crawl, or harvest data except as permitted by robots.txt;

  • upload malicious code or engage in activity that disrupts the Site;

  • infringe intellectual property or privacy rights;

  • use the Site for unlawful, misleading, or fraudulent purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8) Third-Party Services and Links

 

The Site may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g., payments, analytics, maps, scheduling). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Review their terms and privacy policies before using those services.

9) Disclaimer of Warranties

 

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Site.

10) Limitation of Liability

 

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MAD HATTER CONCIERGE LLC AND ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, NOR ANY LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

11) Indemnification (Site Use)

 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mad Hatter Concierge LLC, its DBAs (Santa Stocking, Mad Hatter Pet Care, Lodgepole Ministries), and their respective owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
(a) your access to or use of the Site;
(b) your violation of these Terms or any applicable law; or
(c) your infringement or misappropriation of any third-party right.
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, and you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

12) Communications

 

By providing an email or phone number, you consent to receiving transactional messages related to bookings, updates, or support. Marketing communications will follow applicable consent rules and can be opted out as described in the message or our Privacy Policy.

13) Privacy

 

Your use of the Site is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information. Among other things, we do not sell personal information, and marketing is siloed by brand/DBA.

​

14) Changes to the Site or Terms

 

We may modify or discontinue features of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with a new Effective Date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15) Governing Law; Venue

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada for any dispute not subject to arbitration (if arbitration is used).

16) Dispute Resolution (Optional Arbitration)

 

Before filing a claim, the parties will attempt good-faith resolution for 15 days after written notice. If unresolved, either party may elect binding arbitration administered by AAA or JAMS under their commercial rules in Washoe County, Nevada. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Either party may seek temporary injunctive relief in court to protect IP or Confidential Information. (If you prefer not to offer arbitration, delete this section and rely on §15.)

17) Termination

 

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions intended to survive (e.g., IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will continue in effect.
