Applies to: Mad Hatter Concierge LLC and its DBAs Santa Stocking, Mad Hatter Pet Care, and Lodgepole Ministries (collectively, “Mad Hatter Concierge,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This Privacy Policy explains how Mad Hatter Concierge LLC and its DBAs—Santa Stocking, Mad Hatter Pet Care, and Lodgepole Ministries—collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you visit our websites, make bookings, contact us, or otherwise interact with us.

Data Controller: Mad Hatter Concierge LLC (“MHC”) maintains all customer records.

Brand Separation: Information collected for one DBA (e.g., Santa Stocking) is not used for marketing for another DBA (e.g., Mad Hatter Pet Care or Lodgepole Ministries), and vice versa. Cross-marketing between DBAs does not occur.

We do not require DOB to make a booking.

Central Records: MHC maintains customer records centrally for legitimate administrative purposes (e.g., accounting, security, compliance), but marketing segmentation is siloed by brand.
